The well-proven AUTOMATA master and slave communication stacks are available also for SERCOS III. All functions and services already known from SERCOS II can be used as before. New functions as TCP/IP communication, hot-plugging or cross-communication are accessible over the well-proven and easy to handle application interface.
The advantage for existing SERCOS II users: The change onto the new technology is possible without any difficulty and effort. New functions can be integrated easily into existing software structures.
