SERCOS goes Ethernet
The proven and worldwide standardized real-time mechanisms of the SERCOS Interface have defined a landmark in the world of field-busses. At the same time Ethernet TCP/IP has established itself as the standard for non real-time communication on all levels of automation.
SERCOS III combines the advantages of both worlds. The result impresses by its extreme capabilities with low costs and high user friendliness.

Availability
AUTOMATA has been a pioneer since the early days of SERCOS, and so again we are the first offering SERCOS III products. Since end of 3rd quarter 2005 the first SERCOS III PCI card is available, other formats will be released in sequence. Parallel to the hardware development we are also able to deliver the required driver software for master and slave applications.
