A1 Expansion The PCI-expansion unit is the gateway from the A1 computer system to additional electronic devices. Whether it is plain communication (field bus like Profibus, Interbus etc.) or motion control card, all this special purpose cards can be plugged into the PCI expansion unit.
By design this unit has to be right next to the base unit. In total it provides you with 2 standard PCI slots.
