Software
The A1 base unit uses PC technology. Thus, beside the A1 base software, the full range of PC operating systems and applications are available - from the embedded Windows®CE operating system over Linux up to Windows®XP in combination with RAID and HD expansion modules.
The CoDeSys IEC 61131 SoftPLC makes the A1 base unit a powerful controller with integrated motion control function using SERCOS III and CAN Interfaces for the realtime communication with drives and IO's.
